TouchPoints was born out of a need for one of the largest nonprofits in the United States to find its lost alumni and donors. The organization had tens of millions of alumni from a century of operation. Convinced that the solution must already exist, we searched high and low for a way to locate these people. What we found was just plain sad: existing tech was outdated and produced sub-par results.
A few months later, TouchPoints was born. We created a solution that brought these alums home -- to an organization they loved and people they cared about. People felt connected. Engagement increased. The organization raised more money. Everyone won.
TouchPoints has since expanded to support businesses and political campaigns as well as continued to develop its technology to encompass additional data needs from clients as multi-channel marketing and marketing analytics have become necessities for every brand.
